Public offer for the sale of Pro access

1. Subject

The Contractor grants the User the right to use the paid features of the Service (“Pro access”): the build lab, the tools panel (quests, “still to find”), the browser extension and save-file watching. The set of features may be extended; access already paid for is not reduced.

The interactive map, the lists of bosses and Sites of Grace, save-file parsing and the build rating table are provided free of charge and are not the subject of this offer.

2. Price and payment

The price of Pro access depends on the payment method: 790 ₽ when paying with a card issued by a Russian bank, $14.99 when paying with a card issued by a foreign bank, via PayPal, Apple Pay or PIX, RUB 1,200 when paying in rubles with a card issued by a foreign bank via Robokassa, and €13.50 when paying in euros via SEPA, iDEAL or MB WAY. The difference reflects the fee of the respective payment channel. Payment is one-time; no subscription or automatic charges apply. The current price is always shown on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by the Contractor’s payment partners: YooKassa (cards of Russian banks, Mir and SBP) and lava.top (cards of foreign banks, PayPal, Apple Pay, PIX, SEPA, iDEAL and MB WAY), as well as Robokassa (cards of foreign banks paid in rubles: the card is charged in its own currency at the issuing bank’s rate). The User chooses the payment method on the pricing page. Card details are entered on the payment partner’s side; the Contractor neither receives nor stores them. Payment is not accepted from persons located in the following country: Ukraine.

When paying via lava.top, lava.top acts as the seller in the respective transaction; in this case the terms of lava.top also apply, and the Contractor provides Pro access after receiving confirmation of payment.

Users who are neither citizens nor residents of the Russian Federation may pay in the USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency on the TRON network by transfer to the Contractor’s address. By choosing this method, the User represents that they are neither a citizen nor a resident of the Russian Federation, and that the law of the country of which they are a citizen or resident, or in which they are located, does not prohibit them from paying with cryptocurrency; in this case the agreement is a foreign trade agreement (clause 1, part 7, article 1 of Russian Federal Law No. 282-FZ of 4 August 2026). Payment in USDT is not offered to persons located in or resident of countries whose law prohibits or restricts dealing in cryptocurrencies or paying with them (Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Belarus, China, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, Indonesia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Rwanda, Serbia, Tanzania, Tunisia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Vietnam), or to persons barred from using USDT by the terms of its issuer (Tether) because of sanctions, including residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria; where there are indications that the User is located in such a country, the Contractor may decline to offer this method or to issue an invoice. The amount due is shown on the invoice page and may differ from 14.99 USDT by a few cents: the Contractor identifies the payment by it. The payment is counted once exactly the indicated amount has reached the Contractor’s address and the transfer has been confirmed by the network; Pro access then opens automatically. Network fees and the fees of the platform the transfer is sent from are borne by the User. A transfer of a different amount or over another network may not be counted automatically; the User reports such a transfer to mail@krutlab.com. A refund of a USDT payment is made by transferring USDT on the TRON network to an address specified by the User, less the network fee.

3. When access is provided

Pro access opens automatically once the Contractor receives confirmation of payment from the payment partner, usually within a few minutes. Access is tied to the account from which the payment was initiated and is provided indefinitely. The service is deemed rendered when access is opened.

If the payment went through but access did not open, write to mail@krutlab.com and include the order number from the payment email.

4. Refunds

If Pro access was not provided through the Contractor’s fault, the amount paid is refunded in full. The refund is made by the same method as the payment, within 10 business days of the request. Payments made by SEPA bank transfer are not refunded by the payment partner by the same method; the parties agree on the refund of such a payment by email at mail@krutlab.com.

If access was provided and works but did not suit the User, the request is considered individually: write to mail@krutlab.com within 14 days of payment, and we will refund the money if the Service’s features turned out to differ from those described on the pricing page.

5. Liability

The Service is an amateur companion tool for the game Elden Ring and is not affiliated with FromSoftware or Bandai Namco Entertainment. The Service is provided “as is”; the Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation but takes measures to fix problems within a reasonable time. Errors can be reported right on the site with the “Report a bug” button.

The save file is processed in the User’s browser and is not transmitted to the Contractor’s server. Certain data from it (level, attributes, right-hand weapons and the character name) is sent to the server for the build rating table, and only with the User’s consent: after a save is loaded into an account, the Service asks “Show the build in the rating?”, and the data is sent if the User answered “Yes”. The User may remove their builds from the rating table at any time with the “Remove my build” button and bring them back with the “Put it back in the rating” button.
